Every purchase of a Spooky Night digital product—including the front-end kit and any optional add-on purchased through the funnel—is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, for any reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email digitalriverllc@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout. Include your order or receipt number if you have it, along with the name used on the order. We reply to support emails by the end of the next business day.
2. You may alternatively request a refund directly through ClickBank, the retailer of record, at www.clkbank.com using your receipt number.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through ClickBank. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Statement descriptor

Your purchase appears as CLKBANK on your bank or card statement.

One-time payments

Spooky Night does not sell subscriptions or recurring plans, so there is nothing to cancel.

Digital product notice

After a purchase is confirmed, ClickBank sends the access details by email to the address used at checkout. Nothing is shipped, so there are no return shipments.
