1. Agreement and who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SpookyNightFun and your purchase and use of products offered under the Spooky Night brand. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. Contact us at digitalriverllc@gmail.com.

2. Our products

Spooky Night offers digital, printable Halloween family activities. Products are delivered digitally and nothing is shipped. We may update product content over time. We do not promise any specific outcome or that any particular person will enjoy a product.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

The price that applies to your order is shown at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments. Optional add-ons are separate, optional one-time purchases. Spooky Night does not offer subscriptions or recurring charges. Orders are processed by ClickBank as the retailer, and the charge appears as CLKBANK on your bank or card statement.

4. Delivery and access

After your purchase is confirmed, ClickBank sends your access details by email to the address you entered at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for checking your spam or promotions folder. If you do not receive the email, contact us and we will help.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or claim the files or content as your own. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Spooky Night.

7. Intellectual property

The site, product designs, written content, graphics, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Spooky Night and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The limited personal-use license above does not transfer ownership.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use its content unlawfully, or use our products in a way that infringes another person's rights.

9. Disclaimers

Products and this site are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep our products accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee results or enjoyment. Content counts and quantities may vary as products are updated.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Spooky Night's total liability arising from a product or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
